Hong Kong

MRWED Trainers Marc Ratcliffe, Aaron Smith and Earl Brown conducted three different workshops at the 17th International Conference on Learning held at the Hong Kong Institute of Education. These workshops were focused on “Skills-based Facilitation”, “Generational Learning” and “12 Proven Tricks to Spice up your Training”.

India

MRWED have delivered the Training Trainers Program (TTP) in India since 2008. This has included the delivery of custom programs for Kalpataru in Mumbai (2008), Goa Institute of Management in Goa (2009) and Cotmac Electronics in Pune (2010). MRWED has also delivered the following workshops to corporate clients:

  • “Generational Learning”;
  • “Understanding the language of the learner”;
  • “12 proven tricks to spice up training”; and 
  • “An A-Z of training techniques: 26 activities to engage and enliven learning”

These clients have included National HRD in Pune and Mumbai, Mahratta Chamber of Commerce Industries and Agriculture in Pune and the Institute of HRD in Bangalore. MRWED CEO, Marc Ratcliffe also gave the opening keynote presentation at the Bangalore HR summit in December 2011 and was a featured presenter at the HRD World Congress in Mumbai in February 2012.

 

MRWED also sit on the advisory board of online educational startup Learnerbay.

Indonesia

In conjunction with Flinders Partners in Adelaide, MRWED was involved in the development and delivery of four Trainers of Trainers (ToT) programs in 2008. Three of these were for government authority District and Provincial Financial Management (in Surabaya, Mataram and Makassar). The final program was delivered for the Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission in Bogor. These programs were delivered in Bahasa Indonesian.

Malaysia

MRWED has delivered three public programs in the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in Klang, Malaysia in 2011-2012 and provided an RPL workshop for the Financial Accreditation Agency (FAA) in July 2013. MRWED selected CeDR Corportate Consulting to be their partner organisation in Malaysia for its on-going delivery of this Certificate IV qualification.

Mali

MRWED have conducted six Train-the-Trainer workshops for Resolute’s Syama Mine in Mali. These workshops were delivered in both French (the official language of Mali) and English and were a huge success. MRWED have also delivered a variety of supervisor workshops to more than 120 students on site.

Papua New Guinea

Our international TAA expert Andrew Inglis spent two productive weeks with PNG Ports in Papua New Guinea supporting their local training and development team in attaining their Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in 2009. In 2013, MRWED renewed capacity building projects in PNG, through the delivery of the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with the Oil Search Heath Foundation.

Philippines

MRWED delivered 12 programs for Masbate Gold Project between 2010 and 2013. This included four workshops each of “Train Small Groups”, “Train-the-Trainer” and “Workplace Assessor” and three Supervisor’s Courses. Candidates who completed the three trainer/assessor workshops received the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Qualification. 

Singapore

MRWED has partnered with Ausintel in Singapore to deliver blended courses in the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.  MRWED has also provided custom Certificate IV programs for the Singapore International Management Academy (2008) and KAV Services (2009). In addition to this, MRWED CEO Marc Ratcliffe delivered the workshop “Understanding the Language of the Learner” to the Singapore Manufacturers Association in 2007 and the keynote“Keeping the engagement models uncomplicated, yet holistic” at the Asia-Pacific HR Summit in 2011.

Tanzania

MRWED have conducted 16 workshops for Resolute Golden Pride in Tanzania. This comprises 5 “Train Small Groups” workshops, 4 “Train-the-Trainer” workshops, 4 “Workplace Assessor” workshops and 3 “Supervisor Courses”. These courses were conducted between 2007 and 2010.

United Kingdom

MRWED CEO, Marc Ratcliffe and COO Stephen Murphy presented sessions at the 19th International Conference on Learning in London in 2012. Marc Presented his popular session “An A-Z of Training Technique – 26 activities to engage and enliven learning” and Stephen presented “From Hollywood to Bollywood: Bringing Cinema to the Learning Environment”.

United States

MRWED CEO, Marc Ratcliffe has delivered the following workshops at conferences in the United States:
